Project Overview
Delivered through MIM Group leadership’s direct experience serving as CCA Construction Director on JFK Terminal 4, this major expansion brought 10 new aircraft gates to one of the world’s busiest international airports — delivered on a fast-track timeline that compressed the structural phase to 7 months and the interior phase to 7 months.
The 150,000 SF project included a substantial concourse expansion, full modernization of the arrivals and departures halls, a new domestic baggage claim carousel, roadway upgrades to improve vehicle access, and the creation of new Delta Sky Club and Delta One Lounge spaces — resulting in a significantly enlarged, state-of-the-art terminal that meaningfully enhances the traveler experience.
