Calvert Property

MIM Group served as Construction Manager for the Calvert Property, a two-phased residential development at 624 and 625 New York Avenue in Brooklyn. The two buildings sit on neighboring lots and were delivered in sequence under a single construction management program.

Phase 1 delivered a six-story building with 10 residential units ranging from two to four bedrooms. Phase 2 completed a seven-story building with 49 residential units and an extensive amenity package: a gym, work-from-home pods, meeting rooms, a demonstration kitchen, a landscaped courtyard, a playroom, electric charging stations, and a ground-level parking area.

MIM Group oversaw all phases from excavation through completion — managing foundations, superstructure, MEP rough-ins, framing, and facade installation on both buildings, with subcontractor procurement and trade coordination throughout.
