Project Management

Senior Project Manager

Full-Time Brooklyn, NY

MIM Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-phase construction projects across our residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. You’ll serve as the primary owner representative and drive projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers
Coordinate with municipal agencies for permitting and approvals
Oversee RFI/submittal processes and quality control
Prepare and present monthly owner reports

Requirements

7+ years of commercial or mixed-use construction PM experience in NYC
Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam
Strong knowledge of NYC DOB, OSHA, and local code requirements
Excellent communication and client management skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

Project Management

Project Manager

Full-Time Brooklyn, NY

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to support delivery of mid-to-large scale construction projects in the New York City metro area. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path to Senior PM.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day project operations on site and in office
Track project schedules and flag potential delays early
Process change orders, submittals, and RFIs in Procore
Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and procurement
Support closeout procedures, punch lists, and inspections
Maintain project documentation and reporting

Requirements

3–6 years of construction project management experience
Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
Solid understanding of construction drawings and specifications
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Field Operations

Construction Superintendent

Full-Time New York City, NY

MIM Group is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee all field operations on assigned project sites. You will be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for safety, quality, schedule, and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

Manage all on-site construction activities, sequencing, and coordination
Enforce site safety protocols and conduct daily safety briefings
Coordinate subcontractors and trade crews for efficient workflow
Ensure work is performed per approved drawings and specifications
Conduct and document daily site inspections and progress logs
Interface with inspectors, building departments, and owner representatives

Requirements

5+ years of commercial or residential construction superintendent experience in NYC
Current OSHA 30-Hour certification required
Experience reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills with field crews
NYC SST (Site Safety Training) card preferred

Operations

Construction Intern

Internship Brooklyn, NY

Join MIM Group as a Construction Intern and gain hands-on experience working alongside our project management and field teams. You’ll be embedded on real projects in New York City and get exposure to every phase of the construction process.

Responsibilities

Shadow Project Managers and Superintendents on active job sites
Assist with project documentation, RFIs, and submittal logging
Support weekly job site meetings and progress reporting
Help maintain Procore project logs and drawing sets
Assist with material tracking and delivery coordination

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture program
Strong interest in NYC construction and real estate
Detail-oriented with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week
